My passion is to share Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama and Hormone Yoga therapy with you.

Yoga is more then just Asanas, it’s a lifestyle for me.

It inspires me, gives me strength, clarity, willpower and ease whenever needed.

I learned how my body is functioning in the different “seasons” of my menstrual cycle.

After many years of taking the contraceptive pill I returned to my natural cycle. Today I can say, that I’m much more relaxed and happy in this adventurous life as a woman then ever before.

The practice of Hormone Yoga therapy helped me to regulate my cycle, to feel balanced and energized.

Part 1: the intro

Learn about the main glands and their responsibility, the effects of low hormones, the Bandhas, the breathing techniques, the nadis & chakra system and contraindications.


Part 2: the 1st live call 120min

We will meet live via Zoom at the 29th October to learn the sequence of Hormone Yoga therapy.


Part 3: selfstudy module

Practice the daily series, learn new Pranayama and anti-stress-techniques to reduce stress. In this module you will also learn about the 4 inner seasons and the rhythm of the monthly cycle and hormones.


Part 4: the 2nd live call -120min

We will meet live via Zoom at the 6th November to practice and to share our experience. Time for Q&A.


Part 5: selfstudy module

Practice the daily series, learn new Pranayama and anti-stress-techniques as well as how to improve your sleep, including a night time routine.

It will take you approximately 30min to practice the daily series, once you learned the sequence.

The advice is to practice consistently for 4 times a week.


Studies have shown that the estrogen level will increase up to 254% within 4 month of practice. The symptoms of low hormones have disappeared or are close to zero.


Hot flashes disappeared in two month time.


Urogenital dryness disappears after 5 days already.


Stress, irritation and emotional instability have improved within 2 month.

If you have experienced, or are experiencing, any of the below you unfortunately can’t practice Hormone Yoga therapy.

  • breast cancer and other hormone dependent cancer
  • pregnancy
  • advanced endometriosis
  • recent eye surgery
  • Myomas (medical permission needed for small fibroids, large 3+cm fibroids are a contraindication)

When does it start ?


The first live call will be at the 29th October. You should watch the intro videos before the first call. They will be available from the 24th October.


When are the live calls ?


We meet on following Saturdays at 10am CET/ 3pm ICR via Zoom:

29th October & 6th November


If you are unable to attend live, a recording will be waiting for you.


What do I need for the course?


All you really need is a computer / laptop / pad or phone plus, of course, an internet connection. For the yoga lessons you will need comfortable clothing, a yoga or exercise mat and one pillow.
